The event system is extremely dynamic and almost any type of form you can dream of can be created. An event form can also be connected to a seasonal registration (members only events).
Move participants from one event to another (similar events). With each event, you can generate excel spread sheets, bulk email the event group, apply payments (if other than credit card) page. Payment options include credit card, cheque and etransfers.
Event options include copy and adjust forms, unlimited custom fields and fees, option limits (e.g max 10 tickets), option max (e.g. total of 500 tickets available), wait list, early bird discounts, late fees, turn off/on sections (parent info, emergency info, medical info, gender, birth date, age group(s), waiver, tee shirt option/sizes, max registrants and more.
Events Management page
This is the back end form showing all events (by registration year). At a glance you can see how many have registered, how many are on the wait list, how many are incomplete (didn't finish registration) and how many credit card errors (declined) there are per event. The easiest way to create a new event is to edit then copy a similar event then edit the new event and adjust as needed.
Events Collection Page
Use our event collections page (All events or by category) to show all active events. Events Collection page include a summary sections (formatted text and images). New events get added and expired events get removed automatically.
