create player evaluations from coaches, scouts or head coaches. Request Team staff evaluations from players/parents. Generate reports for both.

Player Evaluations- Up to 10 evaluation criteria options
- User defined evaluation types (e.g. game, practice or eval camp)
- 0 to 5 rating in .5 increments
- Coach vs Scout evaluation types
- Unlimited evaluations
- Evaluation history on duration of player with the club
- Evaluation reporting for filtered time-frame.
- Limited/secure viewing
- Coaches can only evaluate their team(s)
- Scouts or head coaches can evaluate all players
- Free form comments or pre-established comments
- Report card generation
Coach Evaluations- Players/parents must login
- Choose only one of there team staff
Fill out default or club specified evaluation form- Generate one page summary report for each coach
