Official Scheduler Details

Officials/Referees login to update their area preferences (if more than one area), normal availability and special unavailable periods.

Referee Coordinators apply a level for each referee indicating which divisions/agegroups they are able to referee.

The System can automatically assign referees to games or this can be done manually be the referee coordinator. An email is sent to the referee who must login and accept or decline the game.

Once a game is complete, the referee, logins in and fills out the game report which includes the score, discipline forms and equipment/field conditions.
