Team Access and Communications
There can be up to 6 team staff per team. Team staff are coach, assistant coach, manager and three other staff where the staff titles can be chosen.
Depending on club policies, team staff can be given a login and password (bulk created and emailed).
Team staff will be able to login and access any team where they are assigned as staff to that team (current year and prior year).
Their login allows team staff to do the following (if feature(s) are turned on):
- Update their contact information
- Update certain player contact information (phone, email, jersey number)
- Bulk email their team (and send team lists)
- Do player evaluations
- Review player statistics
- Update team page gallery
- Update team page blog
- Create team events (on team calendar)
- RSVP players and staff for team events
- Review team event RSVP's
