Team RSVP

Team event calendar with RSVP

This feature allows team staff to create their own team calendar.

Once an event is created, an event email can be sent to all players and staff with a link to RSVP.

The RSVP does not require the player/staff to login and the recipient can either accept or decline the invitation. The recipient can also add a short note to the RSVP e.g. (may be 15 minutes late).

Team staff will get notified of each RSVP and can review all RSVP's.

If there is a major change in an event, the RSVP can be reset so the can accept/decline the  changed event RSVP.

Finally, a reminder email can be manually sent or automatically sent the prior day.
